Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The estimated time of arrival is calculated at check-out depending on the country you are ordering from. Please note that most items are made to order and handmade so they take more time to be completed. If you require a rushed order for a specific date, please get in touch and we will let you know if this is possible!

Please note that we are a small family run business and taking a short break. All orders made now will be processed and dispaatched after the Easter Holidays on 20th April or soon after. You can still message us with questions regarding your order or a quote.
Please note that all notice board orders will be now dispatched after Christmas break in the first week of January.
For all other items including stationery and packaging latest cut-off date is 12th December to ensure delivery before 24th.
